𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 seal around the control panel, as this would prevent proper removal.

Your outdoor kitchen must be constructed from non-combustible materials.
If combustible materials are used, an insulated jacket is REQUIRED.

BGP offers the following limited warranty to the Original Purchaser of this unit, valid from the later of the date of purchase or delivery:

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Lifetime Warranty on the stainless steel housing against original manufacturing defects.
𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: Covered for five (5) years against original manufacturing defects.
𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀: Covered for one (1) year against original manufacturing defects.

This warranty is limited to the shipment of replacement parts only and does not include on-site service, labor, or labor-related costs.

⚠️ 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐘 𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 & 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
This warranty is:
Valid only for the original purchaser and at the original site of delivery.
Limited to original manufacturing defects.
Void if ownership of the grill is transferred to another person or entity.

❌ 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 (𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic issues such as oxidation, rust, corrosion, discoloration, or staining.
Damage or deterioration caused by:
Improper installation or usage
Lack of maintenance
Severe weather conditions (hail, hurricane, tornado, etc.)
Corrosive environments (chlorine, salt air, fertilizers, masonry dust, etc.)
Commercial use, abuse, alteration, vandalism, infestation, or neglect
Grease fires or exposure to excessive heat
Use without proper gas regulators (for NG or LP)

📦 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐒
Inspect your grill immediately upon delivery. Note and photograph any visible damage on the delivery receipt and have it signed by the driver.
File all damage claims with the delivery company. Concealed damage must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.
Keep all packaging materials for inspection.
Do NOT install a damaged grill. Units installed in damaged condition are deemed damaged during installation and not covered under warranty.

⚖️ 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by BGP.
No other express or implied warranties are offered, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
BGP shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Damages arising from negligence, strict liability, or any legal theory.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the original purchaser for the product.
No oral or written statement by any employee, agent, or affiliate shall modify or extend this warranty.
If any part of this warranty is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to remain in effect, and all other terms shall remain fully enforceable.

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘 𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨.

𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍
The 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗥 must file a warranty claim within 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝟱) 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 from the date the defect is discovered (or should have been discovered). Failure to do so waives the claim permanently.

The claim must include:
𝗔 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the grill's defect or damage.
𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘀 of the issue.
A complete copy of the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
