Special Order Products

No returns or exchanges on special order products.

Opened Boxes

Products with opened boxes are not eligible for return.

Standard Products

If the product is not a special order item and the box remains unopened:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• A30% restocking feewill apply.

Exclusions

No returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Pellets
• Spices
• Pellet grills

General Terms

All returns require a valid proof of purchase (receipt).

Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

BBQ Grill People LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
