The versatile 1/2-inch thick griddle surface allows you to prepare everything from bacon and eggs to juicy burgers and sizzling fajitas with rice and vegetables. This built-in griddle includes two commercial-grade, 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners, each providing 18,000 BTUs for a combined total of 36,000 BTUs over the 495 square inch cooking area. The griddle is equipped with a push-and-turn flame-thrower primary ignition, a backup flash tube secondary ignition, and cross tubes to ensure consistent, reliable flames. A large grease tray with a central hole channels grease to the drip tray below for effortless cleaning. Constructed entirely from 304-grade stainless steel, this griddle also features a 304 stainless steel lid to protect the cooking surface when not in use.

- Control Valves: Lifetime warranty against defects.
- Cooking Surface: Lifetime warranty against defects.
- Stainless Steel Housing: Lifetime warranty against defects.
- Stainless Steel Burners: Lifetime warranty against defects.
- All Other Stainless Steel Components: Lifetime warranty against defects.
Electrical and Ignition Components: All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
